Interim Execs Year in Review
5 Highlights in ’15

RED Team Formation

Many of us are familiar with the famous quote from Margaret Mead, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has”. This is what we know about great leadership, and especially about interim executives.

We formed the RED Team, an elite group of career interim executives because we are driven by one mission: to see, to act, to lead for the betterment of the world.

Admission to the Association of Interim Executives is now more selective, and for the rock star executives accepted to the RED Team we act as agent, and come together as an Association, and more actively a guild, where a common goal, language and the benefits of cooperation become powerful.

Better Company Outreach

The Association serves as the voice for interims worldwide. We updated interimexecs.org, launched new videos and created new materials that resulted in more inbound queries from company owners.

We launched a PR campaign with Chairman of the Association, Dick Lindenmuth, who is currently serving in a rapid deployment engagement as Interim CEO of Styrotek. Radio spots and article placements are in the works.

Email campaigns and live events such as CXO Chat in Chicago have led to continuing conversations with companies, private equity firms and investors who are in need of executive talent around the world.
